Tackling Supply Chain Challenges With Multi-Site Manufacturing

One of the problems that has stemmed from the coronavirus pandemic is the current supply chain crisis. Suppliers of all kinds are facing dramatically increased demand, leading to major supply chain bottlenecks. Currently, one of the largest pain points in the industry is a lack of capacity among industry suppliers, particularly for single-use technology (SUT). This has led to reduced inventory and resulting interruptions in drug manufacturers’ timelines or unplanned downtimes.
