Successfully Isolate Your T Cells Using MagnetSelect

Cell therapies hold promise for treating malignancies that are currently untreatable. Methods like chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies are being tested in a number of clinical trials, with some therapies already approved, particularly in hematological tumors. As the number of these therapies increases and their production remains complex, there is a need for additional tools to ensure consistent manufacturing through a closed, automated process. The Sefia Select™ system is a functionally closed device designed to automate several steps in the CAR T cell workflow. MagnetSelect, an expanded offering for the Sefia Select™ system, enables magnetic T cell isolation, further increasing the potential for automation within cell therapy production.

This study focuses on the early stages of the CAR T cell workflow, specifically the initial washing of leukapheresis followed by the isolation of T cells using the MagnetSelect application. Explore the results of utilizing MagnetSelect in conjunction with the Sefia™ S-2000 cell processing instrument and the Sefia Select™ module as an automated approach for processing various input products.
