Minimate™ EVO Tangential Flow Filtration System: Simplified Continuous Diafiltration

Source: Cytiva

Tangential flow filtration (TFF), also known as cross flow filtration, is a rapid and efficient method for the separation and purification of biomolecules. This method can be applied to a wide range of biological fields such as immunology, protein chemistry, molecular biology, biochemistry, and biotechnology. TFF can be used to concentrate and desalt sample solutions ranging in volumes from 10 mL to thousands of liters. It can also be used to fractionate large from small biomolecules, harvest cell suspensions, and clarify fermentation broths and cell lysates.

For laboratory TFF applications, the Pall Minimate EVO TFF System offers an easy to assemble and simple to use solution for processing samples up to 1 L. The plug-and-play benchtop TFF system is designed to work with Minimate TFF capsules which are available in a wide range of MWCOs.

Learn about the Minimate EVO TFF System, the assembly of the system, and how to perform a continuous diafiltration.
