Get Predictive Insight Into Your ADC's Stability With These 3 Experiments
Source: NanoTemper Technologies, Inc.

Review the use of Prometheus Panta in predictive stability experiments for the development of Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). To emphasizes the importance of protein assessment to prevent destabilizing the final product, data was compiled comparing three therapeutics: Herceptin, Kadcyla, and RC48, in terms of kinetic stability and half-life. This article outlines the process of conducting thermal stability experiments and the significance of self-association parameters. The results indicate that Herceptin has the highest kinetic stability and half-life, while RC48 is the least stable.
