Fluorescence Polarization System

The Beacon 2000 system is useful for basic research and assay development, and provides a rapid and precise way to measure equilibrium binding or molecular degradation. This system handles small sample volumes and has variable temperature control of the sample. With external filter holders for use of multiple fluorophores, this system has computer-controlled data collection. It can be used for DNA-protein binding, protein-ligand binding, enzyme assays, antibody-antigen binding, and DNA-protein binding.
