Resolute® BioSMB 80/350 System

The first flow path, multi-column chromatography solution that can be scaled from process development (PD) laboratories to GMP manufacturing is the Sartorius Resolute® BioSMB platform. The Resolute® BioSMB 80/350 system is designed to seamlessly transition an existing PD-scale continuous purification to a process-scale continuous purification, accommodating feedstreams from fed-batch bioreactors up to 2,000 liters. This scalable process maintains consistency without altering the resin, buffer system, or product quality assays when developed on the Resolute® BioSMB PD system.
