Team building fosters better and open communication across all levels, which improves job satisfaction. Team building improves professional relationships and enhances understanding and co-operation, all of which are directly reflected in work quality and organizational cohesiveness. Effective teams positively impact employee motivation and trust, factors that lead to improved productivity. But to have all these rewards a team must first “trust” each other and be vulnerable with their flaws.
