Resins for Solid Phase Chemistry

TentaGel and Polystyrene resins were designed for solid phase chemistry (combinatorial chemistry, library generation, peptide and oligonucleotide synthesis), as well as for diagnostic applications. These resins represent a set of biocompatible polymer supports, swellable in organic solvents and polar solvents like water. They can be used in all commercial synthesizers for library generation, combinatorial chemistry, for peptide and oligonucleotide synthesis. TentaGel and functionalized Polystyrenes are available with a variety of functional groups and particle sizes. Fractions starting with 5 µm particle size up to 500 µm particle diameterare are available having an extraordinary narrow size distribution.
