Low Protein Binding Acetate Syringe Filter

The Cameo 3AS is an individually packaged, gamma irradiation presterilized 3mm-syringe filter designed to sterilize or clarify small proteinaceous samples of 1 ml or less. Due to the extremely low hold-up volume of <3 µl and the negligible protein binding characteristics, these syringe filter units are especially useful in applications requiring maximum sample recovery from a presterilized syringe filter.

The Cameo 3AS is well suited for tissue culture media preparation, sterile filtration and clarification of biological fluids, protein and enzyme filtration's, hybridization buffers, and other aqueous solutions.

The housing is manufactured of pure nylon and the membrane filter is AcetatePlus, which eliminates the possibility of "popping" the filter.
