DNA binding filter microplates contain glass filters for plasmid purification and PCR clean-up. Designed for preparation of template nucleic acid, these disposable filter plates are capable of isolating anywhere from 1μg to 5 μg of plasmid DNA (pGEM) per well under chaotrophic and high salt conditions. DNA biding filterplates purified using a glass fiber matrix are suitable for dye-terminator fluorescent sequencing with read lengths approaching 500 bp.
Features
- Suitable for automated liquid handlers, vacuum manifolds and benchtop applications
- Specific binding glass fiber matrix
- Loìng drip director prevent crosstalk of filtrate into adjacent wells
- Available in 96 and 384 well formats
