Amy Lachapelle created the protein characterization group at GlycoSolutions. Her primary focus was to develop the analytical technologies for a wide range of applications and to work directly with clients to develop and streamline analytical strategies for product characterization. Amy also acquired a wealth of knowledge during her years at Genzyme. There she assisted with the feasibility study of a protein replacement therapy for cystic fibrosis and was involved in the R&D initiative for gene therapy projects.
