Liquent Reaches Agreement with Procter & Gamble To Provide Regulatory Publishing Services

PHILADELPHIA--(March 28, 2003) -- Liquent, Inc., the global leader in regulatory publishing, intelligence, and intellectual property solutions, today announced that Procter & Gamble (P&G) Pharmaceuticals, a division within Procter & Gamble Health Care, has signed an agreement to outsource regulatory submission publishing operations for global marketing applications to CoreDossier Direct, Liquent's complete regulatory operations outsourcing solution.

P&G Pharmaceuticals evaluated its robust potential pipeline for the next several years, closely examining alternatives that would allow it to move products through the submissions process as fast and efficiently as possible. The company quickly identified outsourcing as its large submission publishing solution and Liquent as a strategic partner that shared a complementary business model and approach.
