Application Guide: HuSH shRNA Plasmid Panels

The HuSH shRNA gene specific expression cassettes are derived from their cDNA fragment using an enzyme-mediated shRNA expression library construction method (Luo 2004; Shirane 2004; Sen 2004). As cDNA was used in constructing gene specific shRNA expression vectors, the quality of the insert sequences is virtually error free, whereas long oligonucleotides are frequently associated with mutations. All shRNA sequences are verified through DNA sequencing analysis.
