The company offers the new XF500 GFP/YFP Flow Cytometry Set for sorting and analysis of cells expressing Green Fluorescent Protein, Yellow Fluorescent Protein, or similar mutants.
This filter set is designed to work with the 488nm line of Argon-Ion or Krypton-Argon laser. Using this 488nm line, one can simultaneously excite both GFP and YFP. The shortpass dichroic reflects the YFP signal to one PMT while transmitting the GFP signal to a second PMT. The respective signals are then refined using the two emission filters in front of the PMTs.
Cy5/Cy7 Flow Set
The company offers new filter for separating Cy5 and Cy7 and their related conjugates such as PharRed. The new XF501 filter set reflects Cy5 signal while transmitting Cy7 signal.
