Brandtech Scientific, Inc.AND MD4C diaphragm vacuum pump provides a powerful 2 mbar vacuum; enough to evaporate high boiling point solvents, such as DMF and TFA. PTFE components give good chemical resistance. Oil-free operation eliminates monitoring and changing of contaminated oil, oil disposal and oil-mist. A flowrate of 2.1 cfm is enough for large evaporators or concentrators. Systems integrating the MD4C with vacuum controllers, catchpots and condensers are also available.
