Homogeneous Fluorescence System

The Homogeneous Time-Resolved Fluorescence and Discovery HTRF Microplate Analyzer have been designed to accommodate lower volume and higher density formats. HTRF requires only three steps: pipetting, incubation, and measurement. There are no separation steps and the reaction takes place completely in solution, meaning there are no beads or solid supports. This system also has simultaneous, dual wavelength measurements that compensate for color quench. In addition, the background interference from assay components and proteins is eliminated and high sensitivity can be achieved under screening conditions.
