Princeton Separations, Inc.Sep 96 filter plates are designed for dye terminator clean-up in automated DNA sequencing procedures. They are manufactured using filling equipment designed to produce uniform gel heights in each well required for robotic sample addition. Each pack contains two 96 well filter plates filled with hydrated separation matrix, two 96 well PCR collection plates and sealing film. The filter plates are designed to meet the throughput requirements of state of the art DNA sequencing labs.
