Hotpack offers three (3) models of environmental safety chambers which provide tight control of temperature and humidity, while protecting the operator. These units are typically used in applications where the possibility of flammable vapor concentration exists, such as leak testing of aerosol cans and permeability testing of containers for flammable materials.
*In order to meet NFPA-86 requirements, these chambers can be equipped with a solvent safety package, including a blow-out relief panel with retainer cage on the rear wall to relieve excess chamber pressure.
For additional operator protection an LEL monitoring device (Lower Explosive Limit gas monitoring device) may be included to allow low ventilation levels during normal operation, and high ventilation levels during excessive vapor concentration.
In addition, chambers are insulated with pre-compressed glass-wool, which is fireproof, non-hygroscopic and impervious to corrosive vapors and fumes. Doors have full neoprene gasketing and two mechanical latches for tight, lead-free closure.
Optional special tray shelving can also be provided to catch any spillage and drain it to a reservoir in the bottom of the unit, for safe containment of flammable liquids.

For a temperature range of 35 to 70ºC.
Model 417732
If refrigeration is required, this unit provides an extended temperature range of 0 to 70ºC.
Model 417733
For even lower temperatures this unit goes down to -10º and up to 70ºC.
