Intended for rapid selectivity screening of Pall Ceramic HyperD® ion exchangers and HyperCel™ mixed-mode sorbents.

The Pall PRC chromatography columns have been developed for fast selectivity screening of our "gel-in-a-shell" ion exchangers and our new mixed-mode chromatography sorbents.

They guarantee optimal and consistent performance:

• 1 mL prepacked columns, ready and easy-to-use.
• Direct connection to commonly used laboratory chromatography systems, e.g., ÄKTA.
• High packing efficiency (2,500 plates/meter).
• A convenient way to screen Pall mixed-mode and ion exchange chromatography sorbents in reliable and reproducible conditions, and to guarantee performance run after run.
• Parameters optimized in Pall PRC prepacked columns can be easily and consistently compared, and the most appropriate ligand for a specific purification can be quickly selected.
• Based on parameters optimized on PRC columns, further scale-up can be achieved with minimum re-optimization by packing Pall LRC empty glass columns.
