The Enzyme Kinetics Module is a SigmaPlot add-on that guides you through data entry, analysis and graphing of your enzyme kinetics data. Select the study type in the customized Data Entry Wizard, choose from 56 built-in equations, then discover the best fit to characterize the reaction mechanism. Automatically display a series of graphs to quickly determine the type of inhibition. The module continues SigmaPlot's tradition of award-winning interface, ease-of-use and intelligent wizards to guide you through your analysis.

System Requirements

• SigmaPlot 9.01 or higher

This limited version of our product comes in the form of a self-installing executable. You then need to run the downloaded file for the demo, which installs appropriate program files to the correct directories on your computer. More detailed step-by-step installation and removal procedures are as follows:

• If you have SigmaPlot 9.01 and SigmaPlot 10 on your system, Enzyme Kinetics will install into SigmaPlot 9.01.
• Download the file to your computer. Click on the "Download Now" button below to start the download. If you are using Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.5 with Sevice Pack 1 Installed (Version:5.50.4522.1800IC), This download may not work due to a "bug" in this version of IE.
• Once the file is downloaded, "Double click" on the file from Windows Explorer or File Manager to start Installation.
• Follow the setup program instructions.
• IMPORTANT: When asked for, use the serial number "395050002" (without quotes) during the installation process
• To Update a Trial Version
  In order to update a trial version of Enzyme Kinetics, you must uninstall the trial version and reinstall using the serial number and license information provided by your vendor.
• To uninstall the Enzyme Kinetics Module demo, From the start menu choose settings, control panel, add/remove programs.
  • Choose Enzyme Kinetics Module from the list.
  • Click add/remove
  • You will be prompted "do you really want to remove..."
  • choose yes
  • Windows will automatically uninstall the software.
  • After this removal is complete, erase the original downloaded file.
