Spotfire Array Explorer is a scientific component of Spotfire.net, our Web-enabled decision analytics software. Array Explorer supports microarray technology with a host of analytical and data visualization methods. Through its highly interactive graphical environment, Array Explorer unifies data, analytical tools, and reporting capabilities in one integrated workspace. It has a modular architecture that enables the rapid addition of new functionality on a continual basis. Additionally, Spotfire Professional Services can extend Array Explorer to integrate proprietary algorithms with an industry standard analysis application.

Specifically, Array Explorer allows scientists to:
