Particle Sizing System

SpeckCheck 2 combines high-resolution flat bed scanner technology and Windows based programming for rapid optical particle size analysis.

Features

• optical inspection of particulates within a size range of 50 µm to 50 mm.
• Automatic Particle Size Distribution by measurement parameters such as: Area, Aspect Ratio, Diameter, Fiber Length, Longest Dimension.
• Particulates to be measured may be placed dry on the scanner bed, be dispersed in liquid within a transparent sample tray or be visible in the surface of a solid section.
• An Image window with Zoom facility allows for visual inspection of the current sample anywhere on the scanner bed.
• A new detection algorithm provides accurate measurement of particles having different intensities within the same sample.
• Multiple measurement configurations can be saved for different applications.
• Password protection and locked software menus can be set for routine operation.
• User definable Results and Summary screens.
