The TR717 Luminometer is a photon-counting microplate detection system that detects over a wide range of analyte concentrations and measures all types of chemi- and bioluminescence. The programmable scan pattern provides uniformity between sample prep and measurement, and it has two RS232 interfaces that adapt into existing robotics setups.

This system has three microprocessor-controlled zones that maintain an even temperature across the microplate, and with a tactile keypad there is no need for an external PC. Capable of reading 96- or 384-well plates, this luminometer has menu-driven software and programmable reagent volume delivery. The self-priming and cleaning of the system eliminates the need to remove plates, and the high numerical aperture fiber-optic design increases sensitivity while reducing cross-talk.
