The 2000 Heterocycle Library 2 (HL-2) has over 16,000 compounds based on six synthetic schemes and 10 new heterocyclic themes that are very different from the first heterocycle library.
Coelacanth Corporation terocycle Library 2 (HL-2) has over 16,000 compounds based on six synthetic schemes and 10 new heterocyclic themes that are very different from the first heterocycle library. The library was built using the company's proprietary ClickChem chemistry platform, which produces compounds in high yield and purity and lends itself perfectly for scale-up synthesis. All compounds are at least 85% pure (HPLC-MS and HPLC-ELSD).
Compounds in HL-2, like those in of the company's compound libraries, are designed to yield highly desirable pharmaceutical properties (Lipinsky Rules, ADME) and will be a welcomed addition to drug discovery workers needing high quality compounds for high through-put screening.
