Equimolar Nitrogen Detector

The Model 8060 Nitrogen Specific HPLC-CLND Detector provides a powerful, easy, and reliable mechanism to identify, quantitate, and characterize complex libraries and samples. The product's equimolar response allows quantitation of nitrogen-containing compounds, using any readily available nitrogen standard, over four orders of magnitude-complex compounds with a single standard. Because the detector responds only to nitrogen, which is present in over 95% of all drug molecules, problems related to weakly absorbing chromophores are avoided. The detector provides a linear calibration curve over a wide range and a detection limit.
