Aero-Dispserser dry powder disperser and the Aerosizer DSP particle size analysis system are designed to disperse and measure the particle size of highly cohesive as well as free flowing powders. Even "sticky" powders such as micronized pharmaceuticals and metal oxides including TiO2 can be analyzed dry with no sample preparation.
The dispersion and analysis are performed in a totally enclosed system reducing operator exposure. The access port module allows quick cleaning of the measurement zone. The Aerosizer DSP allows high resolution (500 channels) analysis of the range of 0.2 to 700 microns.
