The SuPerCharge TurboBlotter system is a downward transfer system designed for rapid nucleic acid blotting. Southerns and northerns can be completed in one to three hours.
Transfer is in downward direction, eliminating the need for heavy weights on the top of the stack, and allowing maximum nucleic acid to be transferred. The system is features a nylon membrane for high signal and low background. It is compatible with non-isotopic detection methods.
