Jones Chromatography Inc.t-MS on-line automated solid phase extraction (SPE) system for high-speed LC-MS analyses eliminates sample transfer steps and allows complete sample preparation cycle times as short as two minutes. The system is also available with increased sample capacity up to 220 samples. Processed samples are sent directly to the LC-MS or MS system for analysis while the system simultaneously processes the next sample. Direct injection from the range of high capacity SPE cartridges provides maximum analytical sensitivity. The SPE system provides quantitative sample transfer and reproducibility, enables fast methods development, and may be configured to meet the needs of a range of applications in the pharmaceutical, combinatorial chemistry, clinical, food/beverage, and environmental industries.
