Qcount is an automated colony counter that breaks through the limitations of ambient lighting and overlapping colonies to give sharp, error-free plate counts quickly. Total analysis time occurs in one second, including overlapping colony distinction. The product also allows the user to manually edit plate counts on the screen, and automatically flag edited results for GLP compliance. Additionally, the device stores each plate image for printing, re-analysis, or archiving to the built-in CD-RW, and is Microsoft Office compatible.
