This instrument offers detection of assays based on Fluorescence intensity, fluorescence polarization, time-resolved fluorescence, and luminescence, delivering information in terms of sensitivity, dynamic range, signal-to-noise, and cross-talk. Running in either 96- or 384- well microplates, the unit uses sub-nanomolar detection limits.
All modes are configurable from the host computer keyboard. Research and methods development software is included, and the robot-compliant design allows complete control by a robot PC controller. The system comes with two serial interface ports that separate data and control information, and run-time diagnostics.
