µLVials give you the most effective means of sampling small volumes without the use of expensive micro-vials and harder to fill inserts
µLVialsª Have Substantially Lower Dead Volumes. µLVials give you the most effective means of sampling small volumes without the use of expensive micro-vials and harder to fill inserts.

µLVials give you improved performance over expensive micro-vials and inserts. The conical shape in the bottom of the vial funnels the sample to the orifice of the needle. Sealed vials turned over on the bench no longer result in a sample loss.

µLVials Can Be Less Expensive to Use. µLVials eliminate or replace separate vials used for evaporation procedures. Simply dry down in the vial. µLVial's thick base concentrates the sample into the well. Then reconstitue to as little as 15 µL's seal and shoot.

  • Conical vials that require a base in the tray and turret prevent users from intermingling other types of vials. µLVials allow you to use any standard 12x32mm vial in the same sample tray
  • Inserts that reduce the volume of a standard vial, can be expensive and/or dangerous to use. µLVials work the same as an insert, extremely small volumes can be sampled out of them.
  • µLVials eliminate the possibility of unwanted evaporation during sample transfer for more consistent results.
Improved Vial Base Design
µLVials now offer prescision-formed exteriors to make sure they are as stable as any other autosampler vial. µLVials sit solid when the turret moves the vial under the syringe on Hewlett-Packard 7673 autosamplers.

The µLVialª

Improved Precision-formed glass base offers better stablity in Hewlett-Packard 7673 turrets.

  • Glass base is more stable than conical vials and can be used with other autosampler vials in the sample run.
  • Larger overall volume (1.8 mL) than microvials to increase the concentration of the sample.
  • 15µL volume funnel in the base of a µL Vial makes sure the sample reaches the orifice of the autosampler needle.
  • Precision forming of the interior shape gives consistent volumes and safer injections
